Shipping
Seoul Precision Optics understands your need for timely delivery. The estimated time from ordering to shipping is based on availability of the parts that you order. Our orders are shipped directly from our extensive inventory. Seoul Precision Optics guarantees one week shipping on all in-stock orders after receiving your purchase order. Optics requiring a coating run will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. If fabrication of an optic is required, lead times may be extended. Sales Manager/Engineers will assist you in estimating the delivery schedule for your order

Domestic Shipments
We typically ship by domestic express within a day, with delivery ranging from 1 to 5 days, depending on your location. If you require more urgent delivery, let us know what your needs are we can accommodate your requirements using special transport.

International Shipments
Let us know your requirements and we'll coordinate with you. We can provide quotations or pro forma invoices, depending upon your requirements for importation of products. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient on all international shipments.

Payment
Domestic Customers
Net 30 payment terms can be arranged. SPO can take your credit application information over the Internet. We will ask you for your company information, bank information, and contact person. All information submitted remains strictly confidential. We do not sell or give out this information to anyone. If you have a valid resale tax number, please provide that along with your order.

International Customers
Price :Please make your payment in US dollars drawn on a United States bank.
Terms of payment : L/C at sight , pre-payment, or credit card.
Condition : F.O.B KOREA PORT.
Some Seoul Precision Optics products are subject to export controls and may require a validated export license.

Warranty
All SPO products are warranted to meet published specifications and to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after delivery.
